Heat avocado oil or ghee in your Instant pot using the sauté function. Once warmed, add the meat and onion until the meat is browned and the onion is translucent.
Add all of the remaining ingredients. Give them a quick stir until they're combined.
Put the lid on your Instant Pot and cook at high pressure for 9 minutes, then use the quick release to reduce the pressure.
